SIDE BY SIDE, WE CAN PROPOSE ALTERNATIVES TO FACE CURRENT AND FUTURE HEALTH CHALLENGES
The Global Forum – Frontiers of Health brings together different agents of society to discuss, outline paths and propose solutions for the necessary and urgent issue of sustainability of public and supplementary health systems, establishing a purposeful agenda and not simply generating more content that cannot be applied in public policy actions and guide decisions of the private sector.
In addition to challenging the participants, the Global Forum - Frontiers of Health encourages everyone to think about the role they play in health systems, the relationship between the public and private spheres and their responsibilities towards sustainability, considering the increase in life expectancy in Brazil, which, by 2050, should have 66.5 million people aged 60 or over, equivalent to 29.3% of the country's population.
The New Coronavirus Pandemic demonstrated that dedicating attention to health and its sustainability is a pressing challenge for developed and developing nations and creating a common, feasible agenda that can effectively be implemented in Brazil is more than necessary. The 2021 edition of the Global Forum - Fronteiras da Saúde will feature the participation of international speakers and Brazilian debaters from public bodies at the federal, state and municipal levels; health sector entrepreneurs; researchers; doctors; executives from different segments of society impacted by the weight of an account that does not close, not only in Brazil, but in countless other countries.
The audience will be highly qualified in 2021 due to the global impact of the New Coronavirus pandemic, which has placed the discussion on how to create sustainable and efficient health systems at the top of the list of agendas for leaders in the public and private sectors.
